It is easier for us to clean if no one is home. We do not mind if some one needs to be home we can work around you.

Who supplies the cleaning products?
The home owner supplies all cleaning products. Everyone likes their own products on their furniture and floors. This is a suggested list of cleaning products. All purpose cleaner (pinesol all flavors) windex (no amonia), furniture polish your choice, comet or soft scrub, mildew remover (clorox cleanup with bleach, tilex or store brand), We do not bring a dirty mop into your home. A good cloth mop is the best. The mops for hardwood floors have a terry cloth cover on them. Products for stone and marble your choice. Products for hardwood floors your choice.

What does the cleaning company supply?
We supply a $1,500 vacuum system (Rainbow). Also we supply buckets, cleaning cloths and brushes.

What is a Rainbow machine?
It is a vacuum system that gets rid of all dust, dirt that causes allergies. The engine snaps over a basin filled with water. The water does not come out of the machine onto the floor or carpet. The water traps the dust and dirt and blows out fresh cool air. When we leave we dispose of the dirty water outside in an appropriate place. We don't bring other peoples dirt or smell into your home.

How do you clean hardwood floors and tile floors?
We vacuum with the rainbow. It has a soft brush to clean these floors. It removes all of the dirt. It leaves the air clean. We use your cloth mop to mop the floors. We use your cleaning products.

How much do you charge?
The first visit cost the most. We do a very detail cleaning and then come back weekly, bi-weekly or monthly at a very reasonable price. We charge by the hour. Will I know the time you come to my home?
We will set up a time frame for the cleaning. Depending on traffic and the previous job we are usually within 15 to 20 minutes of that time period.

How many people will come to clean my home?
Three people come for regular cleaning. The first initial cleaning takes more time so 4 people usually come for this cleaning depending on the size of the job. They are very organized and trained. They are insured and bonded. They will be supervised. Some people prefer more people than that. The job is done faster depending on the amount of people.
